By creating an account, the user declares that they have read, understood, and fully agree with the terms below. Use of the platform implies full and irrevocable acceptance of this agreement.
Purpose
TaskWonder is a cloud-based platform (web and mobile) that enables operational task management for services such as cleaning, maintenance, pest control, and other residential or commercial activities.
Use of the Service
- You must be 18 years or older to use the Service.
- You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
Prohibited Conduct
- You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
Registration
- The user agrees to provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information.
- Access credentials are individual and non-transferable.
- The user is responsible for keeping their password confidential.
- If registering on behalf of a company, the user declares they are legally authorized to accept these terms on the company’s behalf.
Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on the TaskWonder website and app, including logos, designs, and text, are the intellectual property of TaskWonder LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without written permission.
User Responsibilities
- By accepting these terms, the user agrees to:
- Use TaskWonder in a lawful and ethical manner.
- Not share or transfer their account to others.
- Not exploit or interfere with the system inappropriately (e.g., attacks, scraping, reverse engineering).
- Keep their registration data accurate and up to date.
Data Protection and Privacy
- The data provided is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- TaskWonder may use cookies and analytical tools to enhance user experience.
- Users may request data deletion at any time, in accordance with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, LGPD).
Subscription, Payments, and Trial Period
- Upon registration, the user is entitled to a 30-day free trial with full access to the platform’s features.
- After the trial period ends, continued use of the platform requires a paid subscription.
- The cost of the subscription is $2.99 per property per month.
- Charges will apply automatically after the trial period, unless the user cancels before the end of the trial.
- Failure to make payments will result in account suspension and eventual data deletion.
Termination
TaskWonder LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice, for any violations of these Terms of Use or misuse of the Service.
The user may cancel their account at any time via the admin panel or by contacting support. Account deletion will result in permanent data loss.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaskWonder LLC will not be liable for any damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service, including lost profits, data loss, or other damages.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United States of America/Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of the platform after updates implies acceptance of the new terms.
